Rubber-based CPE is a kind of special synthetic rubber with excellent comprehensive performance, heat and oxygen ozone aging resistance, and good flame retardancy. Chlorinated polyethylene resin is a new type of synthetic material with a series of excellent performance. It is an excellent impact modifier for PVC plastics, but also a synthetic rubber with good overall performance, has a very wide range of applications, has been widely used in cables, wires, hoses, tapes, rubber and plastic products, sealing materials, flame retardant transport belts, waterproofing rolls, films and all kinds of profiles, etc. CPE can also be blended with polypropylene, high and low-pressure polyethylene, ABS and so on, to improve the flame retardant properties of these plastics, aging resistance and printing performance of products, CPE can be regarded as a random copolymer of ethylene, polyethylene and 1.2 dichloroethylene, which has saturated molecular chain and random distribution of polar chlorine atoms, and is widely used in machinery, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and mining industry because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.CPE is better than most rubbers in terms of heat resistance, ozone resistance, weathering and aging, and better than Nitrile (NBR) in terms of oil resistance. Nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), aging resistance is better than chlorosulfonated vinyl chloride (CSM); acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive properties, non-toxic, flame retardant, no danger of explosion. Mainly used in: wire and cable (coal mine cable, UL and VDE and other standards in the provisions of the wire), hydraulic hose, automotive hose, tape, tape, PVC profile pipe modification, magnetic materials, ABS modification and so on.
